PROCEDURES FOR REGISTRATION
1) CAREFULLY READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED BELOW.
2) MAKE THE REGISTRATION PAYMENT.
3) COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM (click here for registration) AND ATTACH THE RECEIPT OF PAYMENT OF THE EVENT REGISTRATION FEE.
Registration for the 7 th Biennial LatinMag Meeting must be made by filling the Registration form. The rates and categories are shown in the table below.

For bank transfers from outside of Brazil, transfer taxes and duties (such as bank tax; exchange tax; Tax on Operations of Credit, Exchange and Insurance (IOF – Imposto sobre Operações Financeiras), etc.) must be added to the registration rate.
For bank transfers from Brazilian bank accounts or PIX payment, the registration rate must consider the commercial US dollar currency on the date of payment according to the Brazilian Central Bank (https://www.bcb.gov.br/en/currencyconversion).
During the registration, the participant must attach the payment receipt to the form. Scheduled payment receipts will not be accepted.
Once registration is complete, the participant will be automatically notified by email.
PLEASE NOTE: The participant’s registration for the 7th LatinMag Biennial Meeting will only be confirmed after verification by the committee and confirmation sent by email.
Each registered participant can submit up to three (3) abstracts.
The “Accompanying” category can be allowed to someone related to a participant registered in the event in the following categories: Researchers, Undergraduate Students, Graduate Students and Industry Members. During the registration process, the participant can associate an accompanying person with their own registration in the Registration form. The payment for accompanying registration must be made separately. Both payment receipts (participant and accompanying) must be attached to the form in the appropriate place. The “Accompanying” category does not allow for abstract submission, work presentations, or participation in short courses or workshops. Furthermore, a certificate of participation will not be provided for this category.

APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION FEE DISCOUNT AND FINANCIAL AID
Economically vulnerable students and researchers who are looking to participate in the 7th LatinMag Biennial Meeting may apply for a discount on the registration fee*, financial aid, or both, under the condition of presenting a work in any modality. Requests must be submitted by June 15, 2023, through the Application for fee discount & financial aid form. Undergraduate and graduate students must attach to the form their updated proof of enrollment and a letter from their advisor attesting to their condition. Applications that do not follow these guidelines will not be considered.
All applications that meet the requirements will be judged by the Local Organizing Committee, and benefits will be granted based on the availability of resources.
* The discount will be granted as a partial refund of the registration fee during the meeting week.
Registrations made using PayPal and cancelled within fifteen (15) days of payment confirmation will be fully reimbursed. If the cancellation occurs after this period, 10% of the registration fee will be withheld for operational and administrative expenses and 5% will be kept by the organizer.
Registrations made using bank transfer or PIX and cancelled at any time will be reimbursed, but 10% of the registration fee will be withheld for operational and administrative expenses, as well as 5% for the organizer and bank transfer fees.
Dollar (USD) transaction taxes will not be refunded.
All cancellations must be reported via e-mail to the Organizing Committee (email@example.com)
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Organizing Committee of the 7th LatinMag Biennial Meeting informs that personal data will be used only for purposes related to the realization of the event. Information will be treated confidentially, and only members of the Organizing Committee and the supporting foundation of the event will have access. The data will be kept for the time necessary to serve the purposes for which they were collected.
Personal data may be shared with companies partnering with the 7th LatinMag Biennial Meeting for the performance of services (e.g., hotel reservation, transportation services). The data collected will not be provided or used for sending advertising or publicity.
All members of the Organizing Committee are responsible for respecting the privacy and protection rights.
Please note that by registering for the 7th LatinMag Biennial Meeting, participants agree with the collection and use of their personal data in accordance with the conditions previously described.
